HOTEL POLICIES
CANCELLATION
A 50% deposit of your total stay is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival and your deposit will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee for each room booked. Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of the deposit paid at the time of booking. Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in a charge for the total stay to the credit card on file.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Check-outs after 11:00 am are subject to a late check-out fee in the amount of 50% of the nightly room rate. Check-outs after 4:00 pm are subject to a late check-out fee in the amount of the full nightly room rate. We are happy to offer luggage storage upon check-out upon request.
ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification. We enforce a no-outside alcohol policy within the hotel and reserve the right to hold any outside alcohol until departure.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms. If you or your guests smoke in the room, a $500.00 deep-cleaning fee will be applied to your account.
PETS
We happily welcome your furry friends for an additional fee of $40 per pet, per night. The fee does not include any extra cleaning or damages caused in the room by a pet.
LOUD MUSIC ADVISORY
Please be advised that LOUD MUSIC may be heard throughout the hotel and within guest rooms until 2:00 am on Friday and Saturday nights and holidays.
